I actually wanted this microphone because I knew it would be more gamer oriented basically the pick up pattern. I actually use this microphone just as a chat microphone because I don’t use headsets with microphones anymore. I had a blue yeti before I did not like it, but it did not have this pick up pattern. It actually works really well after you get the settings done. It does not pick up the sound of my keyboard, mouse and everything else only a little bit here and there.
