    • Mouse wheel fails(Known issue/defect)
*UPDATE 10/26/23* I am still trying to work with Logitech, but they refuse to honor the warranty and instead direct me to process a return through amazon. since I am far outside of the return window, Amazon will not process a return/refund. I would give 0 stars if I could. Never purchasing Logitech again. After only a few weeks the mouse wheel started to malfunction when scrolling - in either direction the scroll will occasionally counter-scroll, or not register at all. This is reproducible once you pinpoint the part of the wheel with the issue. I tried everything from firmware, re-syncing, multiple computers, no hub/etc. Nothing resolves the problem. Hundreds of posts online with this exact issue. The only fix is to take apart the mouse and spray the wheel contacts with WD40 - unacceptable. Some people seem to have had luck by turning the mouse over and scrolling it very quickly back and forth on the carpet, however this fix did not work for me. After purchasing glass skates($25) and the mouse itself($150), I'm stuck with a mouse that is useless for gaming, and frustrating for productivity/work. Friends warned me against purchasing Logitech due to poor QC over the past few years, and I can confirm this is absolutely the case. Working with support has been a nightmare. Over an hour with chat support, repeating the same answers to the same questions, only to be told they will have to "get back to me shortly" via E-mail. Return shipping + needing new mouse skates on the replacement... no thanks. Can't say I will ever purchase another Logitech product again. ... show more

This mouse is around $150, runs smoother and lightweight compared to other mouse’s. Amazon tend to have this problem where people refund these use items, the bottom of this mouse is scratched and a little bit dented. There are replacements that cost at least $12. I recommend the replacements because the stock glides come scratched up and not as smooth. Not even a week of use and the glides are already wearing down and thinning. For this expensive mouse they should also include extra glides because of this. ... show more

When it came in i was excited good delivery and ok time.but opening it i noticed it was all scratched up good mouse just annoying holding it and i went too ups too ask for a return they said it was too beat up. Same day aswell
