I really appreciated how easy this was to install and pair and use! I leveled my travel trailer perfectly side to side and front to back, followed the directions in the Level Mate Pro app and everything worked perfectly. It is really accurate and easy to use. We mostly camp in the wilderness and not at campgrounds, so leveling is always a bit of a challenge. That is always the hardest part of getting set up. This will make that job lots easier. This device makes leveling your RV/Travel Trailer a breeze. Some reviewers complain that you must level your RV prior to being able to use this device, but you must start from a known level position to ensure the best leveling experience with this product. I bought this item, leveled my travel trailer, and then went camping. I had the app open while driving into the camping site to get the best location and was able to quickly level the travel trailer. When we returned home, once again I opened the app and could see the driver’s side needed to come up about 1 ½ inches. I quickly grabbed one of my Andersen leveling blocks and backed the travel trailer up on it until the app showed I was level side to side. Once the wheels were chocked, I dropped the tongue until the app showed I was level back to front. Just to verify these readings I grabbed my 4-foot level and checked side to side and front to back, and the travel trailer was spot on level. This device makes leveling your travel trailer a simple task. The more time you take to ensure your travel trailer is level when you initially set up your device the better this product will work for you. If you do not take the time to level your RV/Travel Trailer prior to using this, there is no way it will be accurate; that is not a shortcoming with the device. When you don’t take the time to do something right the first time you will have to make time to do it again. The app connects quickly to the device, and you can monitor readings in real time. I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone who doesn’t want to go in and out of their RV/Travel Trailer multiple times to get it level. The LeveMatePro is great for setting up camp! Easy to use to get camper trailer leveled without all the shouting and guessing! Once we get it leveled using tongue jack and wheel ramps, I can make sure it's still level after setting the stabilizer jacks around the corners. Things don't roll around the camper and we never feel like we're "upside down" while sleeping! I watched a few videos and followed the instructions and had no problems initializing and using. *Don't forget to turn it off once you're leveled!!* And keep a spare battery in your trailer "parts drawer!" ... show more

This worked great so far. I used it for the first and only time over the weekend. I pulled into the site. Turned it on. Waited for it to load. After what seemed like a fairly long time it showed me what side I needed to raise and how much. That part worked great. Backed the trailer up a foot. Put the boards down needed to make me level and done. No more guess work. This was my first-time camping in this trailer. We went from a pop up I leveled with a scissor jack to a 26' hard shell with dual wheels. We camped for over 6 years in the pop up. I have a heavy-duty scissor jack I slid under the axel and made a thing to go onto a cordless drill. My wife would watch our level gauge and tell be when we were level. So I had concerns on getting his trailer level. With the Level Mate Pro no more guess work. No more laying on the ground jacking the trailer up. No more "words" with the wife looking for that sweet spot. I am so glad I found and purchased this. Now for the cons: It seems to take a long time connecting from my phone to the Level Mate Pro.. I would recommend turning it on as you are checking in. Instead of waiting to try and connect at the site. We pulled into the site and turned the unit on. As I sat there with my nose of the truck blocking the road in front I was glad nobody needed to get passed while I was waiting for Level Mate Pro to get connected and give me the feedback I needed. The other con I have is I tried the hitch recall position. As we were getting ready to leave I turned the unit on and tried the hitch position recall. As I was again waiting for it to connect and hopefully give me that info I was able to back the truck up where it needed to be to get hooked back up. It never did give me the help I needed get me under the hitch. Not a major issue. Just an inconvenient since I was hoping it was also going to save me time hooking back up. Overall I would purchase this again for the time and aggravation it saves leveling the trailer. I should get better using it the more I use it.
