I am giving this Chef coat four stars because I personally did not like a few things about the coat. I believe the material is mostly polyester, and it felt different from the Chef Works coats that I wear. It is a very light coat and is fully vented in the back. I just personally do not care for this much polyester worked into my kitchen coats. It is only a single-breasted jacket. Personally, I like being able to flip between the right and left side on my kitchen coats. I did not like the placement of the breast pocket because I felt it was a little low. I am also used to having a separation between my pens and markers in my sleeve pocket. After using this coat, I see now that it's an advantage to have. The coat has done well in the wash and has not shrunk. I have been wearing a very specific brand and type of coat for over a decade. I think this coat is great for a line cook, but not a Chefβs coat. The price of this coat is great. Half the price of what I would typically buy. It is very light and breathable too. I wore mine without an undershirt. If you're an at-home cook and want a chef coat, this would be a great option.

This is a Large, Chef is 5' 9" and 168, female. With a larger build (male) this would be too tight. I question the accuracy of their size chart. A Medium would have been a much better fit. This is a lightweight mesh fabric, perfect for hot Summers outside or hot kitchens any time! For $19.99 it is totally worth it!

I honestly got this to wear around when I cook for my girlfriend. But it looks very nice and fits comfortably! I got mine in size large and it is probably a bit small, but it fits snugly for me. I'm about 6'1 225lbs with an athletic build so anyone of similar build might do well to size up a bit if they want a looser fit.

This breathable lightweight chef's coat features the classic double breasted buttons, with an emphasis on lightweight. I'm concerned that perhaps it is too lightweight. Of course only time will tell. It runs on the small size so I would advise going up one size. As stated, I knocked off one star for "too lightweight". If my assumption of that being an issue down the road should prove to be false, I will update then. Happy Cooking!

The coat itself is great. Its color and size are pretty accurate to the description. Its material is comfortable to wear and is overall a great chef coat. However my package did come missing a button altogether, so that could be a bit of an issue. But besides that it is great!
