I have a 13 in MacBook Pro and this is the perfect fit. I can still see the backlight from they keyboard and have an easy time typing fast. This fits the MacBook that DOES NOT have the touch strip, which if you are trying to record quality audio using Logic Pro x, you shouldn't be using that model laptop anyways.

Surprised how well it fit on my MBP (Mid-2015 15.4" Retina). Only issue would be the light purple for the Shift key looks very close to white on all the keys. Overall great value for the $!

Out of the box, does not lie down on the keyboard. Maybe the material will relax, but I’m not optimistic. I will likely be returning this item if it does not in the next week. It appears to be cheaply made. Do not recommend! UPDATE: After a few weeks of sitting on my warm keyboard, the material relaxed and the material (mostly) sits flat. Updating my rating to 3/5 stars, as one of the edges still refuses to lie down completely. Overall, it is handy when I am running Logic Pro X and does the job it is intended for.
