I like to use it for pulling weighted sleds. But my only complaint is that it has a weird smell. I probably only notice it because i keep it in a tote and when i open it thats when i smell it, but other than that i like the product.

Warning for odor sensitivity people it stinks like gasoline or oil or something that it is treated with. Still learning to climb efficiently but glad I have it for Spartan training. The media could not be loaded. i feel like a kid again after using this thing to climb in and out of my landlord's tree! it's pretty easy to get this thing up on a branch and take it down again using the "lasso" hanging method of looping the rope through itself, so i take it down when im done using it and keep it in a bucket. it's plenty strong and doesnt hurt your hands much. i recommend hanging it close to the trunk of a tree so you can use your legs to spiderman up the side, because climbing a rope completely unsupported is more than most human beings can do. you'll still get a great workout, trust me ... show more
