All kinds of pockets on all the sides.. few pockets have the liner in case you have a wet rag or sponge! I'm a cleaning contractor and chose this to replace my old caddy, which I've outgrown. The soft-sided flexible compartments and pockets accommodate my cleaning supplies, tools, towels and keys with reinforced bands and straps to hold things in place and a zippered compartment holds disposable gloves (which I like to keep covered). I clean professionally. I wanted something to help organize supplies for easy use. In my opinion the long pocket on one side is a waste. I might figure out a use for it . I do like the product dividers. In my case I wish it was about 3or 4 inches longer. I would of liked pockets for small tools. That said it's working well for me. I carry 4-6 product bottles depending on the house. Microfiber cloths, multiple tools including scraper, various brushes, dusters etc. I'm finding what I need more quickly. I'll probably reorganize it to improve performance. the bottom is netting so not moisture proof if your bottle leaks. So be aware. ... show more

I upgraded from a carrying bag with no dividers to this one. I love it. It is attractive and sturdy. I recommend using the dividers. The sections are big, so I have two items in most of the sections. There are several small open side pockets and one small zippered one. The side pockets are deep enough that I don't have to worry about things falling out and having a zippered pocket is really handy. You can fit a lot of cleaning supplies in this, but it isn't overly big. It has regular carrying handles that can be velcroed together and a shoulder strap. I have not tried the shoulder strap.
