I upgraded from a carrying bag with no dividers to this one. I love it. It is attractive and sturdy. I recommend using the dividers. The sections are big, so I have two items in most of the sections. There are several small open side pockets and one small zippered one. The side pockets are deep enough that I don't have to worry about things falling out and having a zippered pocket is really handy. You can fit a lot of cleaning supplies in this, but it isn't overly big. It has regular carrying handles that can be velcroed together and a shoulder strap. I have not tried the shoulder strap. Professional cleaner here, this bag changes the game. I have had it for a few months now. Very sturdy, spacious, and convenient. Comfortable shoulder strap. Has made cleaning multi story houses a breeze. When cleaning condos i have to carry heavy linen bags and cleaning supplies/equipment up stairs and this bag saves me an entire trip.
