I purchased about three pairs so far and they are my go to to leave around in different vehicles and places so I always have a pair. They provide a lot of darkening and they seem to fit my face. I like the style as I have a larger head they are comfortable and are excellent quality for the price. They last me about four or five months before the coating starts peeling, but I also use a lot of deet based mosquito spray which occurs everything it touches.     • DARK, and great for the price.
These are the darkest sunglasses I have found; I have purchased multiple pairs of this exact item more than once. I need as dark as possible because, for one thing, I live in Florida, and for another, over the years (for no apparent reason) my eyes have become a lot more sensitive to bright sunlight than they were when I was younger. I have read some reviews that say they're "not that dark", well, if there's something out there that's even darker, I would love to know. I am a woman, but I buy the men's ones because they truly wrap around and block out the sun from every angle. These are absolutely the darkest I can find. Plus, at $9.99 a pair, you can't beat it - this is especially good for me because I am hard on my sunglasses. I am reordering now because I dropped them in a grocery store and then before I realized they had dropped, I accidentally ran over them with a shopping cart (LOL). I end up doing klutzy stuff like that all the time. If these were expensive, I'd be upset, but at under 10 bucks, I can't complain. I'm sure I'll be buying them yet again, when I do something else stupid. LOL ... show more

These are definitely not dark like what is shown. I like the style, but these aren't very dark at all. They're on the big side too.
