The blouse was as described but I wish it was just a bit larger in the hip area where you are ruching it up. My hips are broad and although I could get the blouse to stretch over them, it would “pop” up to my much narrower waist while sitting requiring regular and repeated readjustments. The top portion is really big but the tapered bottom is snug...there is no way I could size down to get it to fit the top part better.
