Great bed for the money. We wanted a Montessori bed for our son so he can feel independent. The installation took some time but the instructions were very clear and easy to assemble. Obviously it is not real wood and you need to be careful not to scratch the pieces during assembly but this is a great find for the money. We bought the full size bed frame that fits our son's 12 inch thick mattress perfectly. The bed frame doesn't come with slats so the mattress will sit on the floor, just in case that is a deal breaker for some. Some other reviews talked about some gap on the side of the mattress complaining that kids could get stuck in there - I mean, possibly if the kid is very young. Our gap is about 2 inches on one side and by the foot portion of the mattress (we pushed it all the way against the head side of the frame and to one of the laterals). The gap works great for us as it would make it nearly impossible to change the sheets on the mattress without having that gap. We are pleased with the purchase and our son loves his big boy house bed. π

I love the bed frame except there were two pieces that came with noticeable splits (cracks) in them. They made the bed frame not look as pristine. This bed was for my daughter and I wanted it to be perfect, but the cracked wood takes away from the overall aesthetics. The frame was pretty easy to assemble. The hardest part of the assembly is putting the walls to the roof, but with a second person, it was fine.

Adorable bed for our daughter. We love it! Took my husband about an hour to put together. Definitely one of the easier things Iβve asked him to build π. Happy with our purchase. For the mattress: Amazon FDW gel memory foam, medium firm - 8in full. Fits great. No gap at all.

This bed is SO CUTE! My daughter is obsessed. I love that itβs a floor bed. When she wants something new as she grows it can be turned into a play house for our play room. So happy with the quality, the instructions were easy to follow, it came quickly, and it looks so nice in her room!

This bed was simple to build. I originally got this because my daughter is in a on and off stage of her life. My daughter is 11 months and loves it, definitely helped to stop her from co sleeping, I also donβt have to worry about her getting hurt either. This is when I first built it. It her own house/ space just for her and I am obsessed and still adding on to the aesthetic. Definitely sturdy, Holes was about confusing but that fit fine, the overall performance of the bed is great for small children.
