A must have on hand for any work on the underbelly no matter you are experienced or not, this tape will provide an ease and neat repair for you.
  • FEATURES: LLPT underbelly tape prevents water, moisture and corrosion for years; its the same underside belly material as most trailer manufacturer use and it delivers scratching resistant, flexible, UV resistant, high viscosity with excellent sealing quality and great durability; a sensible pick for underbelly repairing applications. Recommended application temperature is above 50F (10C), once applied and cured it can withstand to most weather types from cold to hot.
  • CONSTRUCTION: Optimized thickness and pressure sensitive butyl adhesive, heavy duty and permanent. The top is a smooth braided fabric to enhance tensile strength and scratch ability; it is good for long lifespan and weatherproof, also it resists curling during application. The bottom is a 100% butyl adhesive layer, thick and sticky for watertight and durable sealing. There is no backing liner on this product, simply peel and stick to save you more time while handling this tape.

This tape repaired my ripped underbelly of my 5th wheel. Likes: 1. The width is wide enough so I don't have to keep overlapping like the 2" tapes out there. 2. The adhesive sticks.

Easy to use. Waterproof. Easy to cut or tear. Seals well on relatively smooth flat surfaces with little flex. Worked well as advertised as a temporary repair on the bottom of an RV that had a little damage from road debris. Quite a bit stronger than the universal repair product (Duct Tape). I also used it for patching some holes in tarps and a couple of small cracks in kayats. My experience is that the tape will not do a good job repairing hoses or flexible items. Damon M. This product impressed me. It is a very heavy duty braided fabric with excellent adhesion. As I just put this in place, I cannot really say how long this will last. But if I detect a failure … I will update this review. But it does feel durable and seem even more sturdy than the original fabric. The adhesive in the product is thick and tacky. It took me about ten minutes to clean it off of my scissors as I didn’t have any mineral spirits handy. I appreciate you taking the time to read this. All in all, this tape stays put where you place it and has not budged yet. This tape sticks on quite well but because it is so adhesive … it takes some time to unroll it. We used this on top of our canopy tarp that’s on our carport. We had a rip on it and used this tape. It stuck to it so well and it doesn’t leak at all. I’m curious to see how it will hope up with the summer heat, but for now it works great.
