I got this traction tape for indoor hallway stairs, that my pup is having difficulty with, now that he's aging. It's easy to cut, and put down. I recommend cleaning the area with alcohol first. Claen your hands and fingers too, because the oil from hands will interfere with the adhesion. And I applied the tread from one side to the other, using a plastic scraper similar to a credit card shape. Keep at an angle ,and work one small area at a time, and you will be good. They give the perfect amount of traction for his legs to navigate the stairs more confidently.

Did the trick. Kids lift bed ladder was super slippery if they had socks on. This gives the grip. I ordered clear. While not invisible it is clear and less noticeable. Peals easily off white paper backing, easy to cut, stays put.

I've used this grip tape for several things since I got it, and it's been great at all of them. It adheres well and provides adequate grip. The 4" tape is wide enough to cover pretty much anything you might need to put it on, and is easy to cut into any size or shape you desire. The texture is different than other grip tapes I've used. It's basically a bunch of tiny pyramids, so it's a little prickly if you were to, say, walk on it barefoot. I don't think it would be painful though, just a bit pointy.

I'm a caregiver for my mother-in-law who uses walker or wheelchair and is unsteady on her feet. We used this tape on our front steps and wheelchair ramp in front of the house for extra safety. It sticks, and prevents slipping. She seems to be more surefooted because it's there. This tape works for our needs and I would definitely order it again. I can't speak to durability because we haven't had it for long, but it feels like it's good quality and I fully expect it to last a long time.

I am relatively happy with this grip tape. One of the thins I really like about this grip tape is that it is see-through. I think this looks a lot better than traditional black grip tape. I think it looks better for home use or nicer locations. The traditional black tape seems like something you usually see in a shop, outdoor location or an industrial location and looks out of place in a home. This see-though tape blends in well and really isn't very noticeable, which is a good thing. The adhesive seems to stick quite well, but I think you could remove it without too much trouble if you needed to take it off. Here is the one issue I had with it: it isn't nearly as grippy as the traditional black grip tape that is more like sand paper, just like a skateboard deck. I was hoping for an equal amount of grip, but this doesn't grip as good. However, this is actually probably a good thing for most people. Since it isn't as aggressive it won't damage materials that come in contact with it. You can comfortably walk barefoot across this tape without getting scratched up. Although this isn't as grippy as traditional grip tape, it still does provide a sufficient amount of grip for safety and works quite well. Overall, I am pretty happy with it. I just wish it was a little more grippy for outdoor use.
