This coffee table was exactly what we were looking for. The rustic brown finish has a nice farmhouse style without looking overly distressed, and the thick base gives it a solid, substantial feel. It looks much more expensive than we expected. Assembly was straightforward and took me about 30–40 minutes by myself. Once put together, it didn’t wobble, and it’s been sturdy enough for drinks, books, board games, and everyday use (sometimes the kids stand on it for performances). The size is perfect for a standard living room without overwhelming the space. Overall we are happy with this purchase. It completely changed the look of the living room and has held up well. I received this coffee table today. It was fast and hassle free. I took the box in which was extremely heavy. My son was helping me with assembly since it was indicated in the instruction. My son is 16. Like me he’s a husky big guy. He’s 6’1” and muscular. I am 6’5” and muscular as well. It took us almost 3 hours to put this table together. There are areas where our hand wouldn’t fit by itself and we had to keep a tool of some sort in our hand to tighten the screws. That was the 1st problems of many. There are screws inside the leg that are even worst. Finally we managed to put the table together. It is so top heavy that there is no way two people can flip this table over without relying on the legs to stay put during the process. Well the legs did not stand the weight of the table and it brook under pressure. Ki am writing this review as I am sitting in front of this Brocken table in the middle of my living room. Don’t wast your money on this junk. Look for something else. ... show more

This coffee table in brown wood color is absolutely gorgeous and beautiful!!! My only complaint is that therea a dent on getting top of the table that was there when we opened the box. It wasn't noticeable until everything was put together. Even with the dent, I still am in love with this table! It has such a gorgeous brown wood color to it and I really love the shape of it and how the legs are also shaped. It's definitely modern, but will compliment ANY design style such as Mid-century Modern, Transitional, Farmhouse, Cottage, etc. Assembly took about 45 minutes for two of us to complete. It was easy, straightforward and no special skills or tools required, although we used our own screwdrivers because it was just faster than using the the little tiny allen wrench type screwdriver that the sent along. You will have some extra parts when you're done, that's normal. They just send those in case you lose or misplace any of the many screws, etc it came with. **I plan on coming back to update this review with a photo of the gorgeous coffee table after I'm done painting and restyling my living room** I highly recommend this table to anyone who is looking for something to update your style and refresh your living room. This is the most beautiful thing I've ever gotten from Amazon in my life!! ... show more
