These Vision Global Reading glasses are exactly what I was looking for. They are lightweight and comfortable, so lightweight you might forget you’re wearing them! I can easily push them down on my nose to see past them, or slid them up onto the top of my head. They don’t leave marks on my nose and they don’t tangle my hair when pushed up. The magnification is nice. They magnify well in comparison to my other 2.0 readers. Because they are essentially frameless, there’s a tiny bit of blur at the top or bottom edge - only visible when I move them up or down to look past them - but I find this preferable to my vision being blocked by a frame. The blue blocking feature is top notch! I’ve purchased other readers that claimed to be blue blocking, but those were not nearly as effective as these vision global glasses. When I look at my computer screen, I am very impressed with how much blue light is blocked by these. I feel like this set is a great value for the price. The packaging was simple -all 5 pairs each wrapped in a thin resealable plastic bag, all together in a small cardboard box. The package also contained one cleaning cloth and one tiny screwdriver to use for maintenance. The set I purchased has shiny black stems. I spend my entire day staring at a computer screen and paperwork, these are great for all-day wear because of how lightweight they are. They look nice on a woman’s face or a man’s face. I highly recommend these Vision Global glasses. If you’re like me and need a pair at the ready wherever you go, buy a set. I even bought (separately) pack of simple “squeeze to open” glasses cases to store them in and placed them in different places around the house. (I didn’t add a photo because these match precisely the photo in the listing.)

My husband loves these! At first he was not sure and joked that they reminded him of protective glasses, they do look like that until you put them on. When warn they are very attractive and functionally there is no rim blocking your view. My husband says they are durable, which is a huge compliment coming from him! He also says that they are very comfortable and do not hurt his ears or nose as pairs in the past have. He also can see real clearly out of them.

The media could not be loaded. The design is very cute. I like how lightweight and low profile these readers are. It does feel a little cheap with its somewhat sharp/flat edges, so I use these not as my main but as backups. Reason for 4 stars: I find that the reader magnification is not even across the entire lens. I often have to lift or adjust the lens to find the sweet spot, which is not ideal. The hinges seem to be holding up quite well, likely due to its lightweight design. Pretty good value. I would recommend them as secondary/emergency readers. Keep them in drawers, in the car, travel bags.

I gave 3 stars because I would never have purchased if I had known a key bit of information. I can’t use anything with silicone that includes silicone nose pads or pieces. I get itchy blisters, so I understandably avoid products with that. Nowhere in the description or materials is it noted that silicone was used so I wasted my money as it is not worth returning. Having said that, I will say the reading glasses are very nice and of good quality and value. For many the silicone nose pad is a great feature because it is softer and is anti-slip. If you, unlike myself, aren’t allergic these would be an excellent cost effective solution for your reading glasses. they also included a protective case and a handy cleaning cloth. *They just should have put that in the description
