This is a great kitty wagon in so many ways. It’s very durable and will last for years like it did me BUT. The weak part is the wheel caps the hold them on and the axel ends. Once they rust, you will not be able to hold the wheels on even if you buy new caps. The rods are so small you cannot drill through them and put a cotter pin and we tried all kinds of ways to clip those wheels on those axles there’s almost no way to do it. They just keep falling off. So here’s how you fix it and this thing will last until your kids are adults. Maybe even give to their kids. I have the best fix if you’re a little handy. Buy a 3 foot 1/4 threaded rod with some washers and nuts. You need a hammer and maybe and some teflon too. If all the wheels have not fallen off already support the wheels some how maybe on a vice or with some blocks or the end of your work bench and bang out the axels so you only have wheels. Then replace the junk axel either these caps which don’t stay with the threaded rod and nuts and washers. Majnsure you cut the right length so they don’t protrude and hurt your kids, maybe sure the ends of the 1/4 rod are dulled. The 1/4 inch rod will sit perfect in the mounts at the bottom of the wagon snap in. Where the wheels are I used some it’s a little bit of space between the wheel and the axle sometimes this will reduce the shimmy on the wheel although it’s not really necessary. I also used a little Teflon to keep the nuts on so they don’t fall off but you could also use Loctite. Good luck! ... show more
