Ladder looks great and watching the video several times was helpful but actually setting up ladder was very hard. I've do DYI projects and wanted good, safe ladder but this wasn't it. First setting it up was hard. I'm strong but this ladder was exhausting. It's heavy for one and not a ladder easy to move around. Setting it up is problem unless you have a man with you. Notice the pictures in ad. All men hands and there is a man explaining and showing the ladder in the video. You have to be strong to maneuver this thing. Again not for an amateur and in my opinion not for a women unless you have a man who is willing to set it up for you every time. I was disappointed with my purchase of the little giant ladder. I'm returning it and found out there is a restocking fee. Isn't that nice. Wasn't mentioned in the ad. ... show more

I love this ladder! My husband and I bought this for our new house that has lots of high ledges! This ladder is perfect and the best part is I can do it by myself! It's so simple to use and I feel very safe and secure up high! I love the shelf because it holds stuff so that my hands are free!

Very happy with this ladder. The attached wheels make it easier to move and it is a bit heavy. Easy to adjust legs to different levels, very sturdy and made well.

Ladder is really nice with the AirDeck Workstation. Makes it feel quite stable for climbing up to the highest rung of the A-Frame ladder. Many tools and accessories can be placed onto the folding tray, which has a weight limit of 35 pounds. The extension seems a bit short as it only (like all Little Giant 17' ladders) to a height of 15 feet. Manufacturer says that the 17 foot is the extension one can reach to (marketing ploy). Seems a bit heavy for an aluminium ladder weighing at 35 pounds (30.5 pounds without AirDeck). Convenience to have the wheels on the bottom (must be on top when in extension.) The locks are well constructed and hold firmly into place. This ladder can also be used as a scaffold. ... show more
