  • Such a cute game
Such an adorable game! It's like a new improved nintendogs. I think I enjoy it more than my son but he enjoys it as well. The pet options are decent and having cats is adorable. The animation compared to nintendogs is definitely an upgrade. The only thing I would prefer is that there shouldn't be a fee for the hotel section but that's just my preference because I'd like to switch between different animals freely. But other than that one small nitpick I love this game. It's basic yet full of fun options and cute dogs and cats. ... show more

  • Cute but boring
It’s a cute game, but after playing a couple hours and getting some pets, my daughter (7) said it was boring because there’s not much to do. She loves nintendogs on the DS and we were hoping it would be more like that.

  • Fun game for a younger child.
I bought this game for a younger child. My adult daughter loved this game as well. I'm not a huge fan of screen time. I will say this is a great game for short periods of screen time. I also find it a good tool to teach young children the responsibility of caring for a pet.

  • Not like nintendogs
Don't expect nintendogs out of this. You'll get about half the work in the game. PROS: Lots of clothes to choose from. Basic care like taking it out for a walk and feeding it. U can also get cats. There is an easier way to get money and that's just on the walks when the dog digs up a hole near some balloons. CONS: They only have disc competition and I wish they had agility or obedience training like the old nintendogs. When u give your dog a toy, your dog doesn't play with it but he brings it right back. How fun is that? I got another dog and they don't even interact with each other. U take care of each dog and interact with it separately instead of both at the same time. The dogs don't even fight over the toy. Only the one u selected will do that. They made this game too basic. The dogs learn tricks on their own but no obedience competition? Why?? On the walks, u can't interact with other dogs because you're on your own and u can't play with other friends on this game online. Bottom line is, if u want nintendogs and only half the stuff, then get this game but this is all you're gonna get. It's disappointing to say the least. ... show more
