Purchased this to dress up the outside of my home for the holiday, although I plan to leave it up year round. Bought the 4.5 ft model, which worked well for the oversize planter I put it in. Easy to assemble, sturdy, and I particularly like the realistic birch bark! Only problem: the programming does not have a memory, so every time my lighting timer turns off at night and then back on at dusk, it is reset to program #1 - white lights!! I have to manually go and change it to multicolor, which I want right now for Christmas. Irritating. ... show more

I am very happy with my tree. Everyone who comes to visit, comments on its originality. I enjoy the tree as a piece of art. A nice improvement would be a small square planter, to make it look more realistic. I chose the 6 foot tree. Very pleased and a good value.

No matter what it always powers up as all white so if you want the multicolor you can't have it on a timer or switch unless you push the control box button to change it every day

I love the color changing choices! It is really pretty in the dark. The only thing I didn't realize is that it is small (I think it's only 4 feet maybe). I wish it were taller but love it anyway.
