Nice color, pretty hat but turned me into a park ranger looking for Smokey the Bear. Style most def not for me. This hat is quite affordable. Mine shipped fine and didn’t have any of the crushed-in-box issues others mentioned. The hat seems well made, despite what you’d assume to be flimsy materials and has a tie-off inside in order to adjust sizing. I didn’t use the tie-off but I did fool around with it and can say it may be tricky if you only have to adjust it in a bit. The strings aren’t that long (so they don’t hang down) but that also makes it challenging to tie if you need it smaller. As someone with a fivehead, I can appreciate this style. Again, if it’s free returns and you have Prime, give ‘er a go to see if the style works on you. The hat I wound up purchasing was only slightly different in the brim so those things can make a difference for you.

This hat is made of cotton and polyester which is great for my hair. This is very important information for women with semi perms. Wool etc. Sometimes cause the hair to break and to prevent the hair from breaking you would need to use a silk, satin or cotton or polyester scalf to cover the hair first then place the hat on over the scarf in order to prevent hair breakage. Because of the materials this hat is made of this hat can be placed directly on to my head or semi permed hair and I will not have to worry. Secondly, this hat is very stylish and well made. It's also unusual, when I placed the hat on my head it was so beautiful. I will be getting another color. I am happy I took the chance to buy this hat. Thank you. Also, it comes with a string so that you can adjust it to your head. In my case this hat is a perfect fit.

First let me say I know I have a small head, however, I didn't realize how small until this small with the strings pulled was still too big. My son said it looked like a sombrero on me. With that said, it's a beautiful hat, but the top of it was very hard, I guess to hold its shape and it didn't sit low enough on my head, therefore looked way too tall on top and the brim was too wide. Even if it did fit the circumference of my head, I feel as though it was too tall on me and would have returned it. If you have a normal size head, get the hat, it is very nice. I believe the small starts at 54cm, my head is 52cm, if that helps anyone.
