I got these for a Taylor costume. They are super cute, but the heel is quite high and uncomfortable. To be fair, I haven't worn high heels in years, and I'm over 40, so there's that. I was not expecting to feel like I was walking on clouds or anything. I plan to use some cushioning insoles--fortunately, the boots are not tight like I was expecting. Plenty of room with my normal size, including the tops of the boots (NOT too tight on my calves at all), and easy to get on and off. These boots are my new favorite pair, I wore them at a Priscilla Block concert and got tons of compliments. I was sending strangers the link to these boots in line at the concert. They were pretty comfortable to stand in for a few hours. My only complaint is that if you have wide calves, they might not be a good fit for you. I have pretty thin legs and I was able to wear them over a pair of skinny jeans but it was a tight fit! ... show more

I used to have a pair of boots with the same rhinestone design, but they had a 6" stiletto heel, which I should not be allowed to wear. I loved the boots, but I only wore them a couple of times then broke the heel on one because I am not very graceful and don't walk well in tall heels. I am totally a cowboy boot kind of girl and when I saw these were available with a cowboy heel...I could have done backflips. They are sooooo pretty. The rhinestones sparkle like crazy, they're quite comfortable (although a little squishy around my toe box...my only complaint) and I can't wait to wear them out this weekend. LOVE! LOVE! These boots are very sparkly and a gorgeous champagne color. I have a slightly narrow foot and the foot and ankle area fits perfectly; I don't have to buy narrow shoes, but if you have a wider foot these will probably be too tight for you. However, the calf on the boot is ENORMOUS. I do have slim legs, but it's like double the width of my calf. When I'm standing regularly, not leaning forward or anything, my shin is against the front of the boot and there's a huge gap behind my calf. When I walk the boot flops back and forth, hitting the front and back of my leg which is uncomfortable. Unfortunately I'm sending them back because of this. If the calf was more slim I would love them. ... show more
