My absolute favorite lip color. I've used a few different shades and have been pleased with all of them. It stays on for a very long time and doesn't leave my lips feeling like they've been coated in gunk. It does dry your lips out a bit, but thats normal with long-wear lip products and is easily fixed with some chapstick after removing it in the evening. I'd also suggest to put this product on layer by layer. I hate when I can feel product on my lips, and making sure you give each thin layer a chance to dry before building up the color really helps with that. Pictured is Premier Plum, my favorite.

I have been using this Revlon Colorstay Ultimate Liquid Lipstick in NUDE for a solid 6 years now. It's "my color." If they stopped making it I think I might actually die. It is the most complimentary shade for my skin tone and I always get compliments. It's a great neutral, every day shade if you like a slightly darker tint. It stays on ALL DAY and I have to use actual makeup remover to get it all off. A++++ It does not look cakey or crack over time like so many others (Kylie Jenner I'm looking at you). Only negative is that it is not moisturizing. If I am chapped or dry I will use an oil or balm over my lips first, but this tends to not make the color stay as long. But if I apply to my bare lips it for real stays put y'all!

I purchased this product in most of the colors-- I'm pretty impressed with it. I think it's a happy medium between Revlon's 16 hour colorstay that's almost impossible to get off, and their ultra hd which looks good, but doesn't wear well and requires reapplication throughout the day. I personally don't think Amazon's "Try On" feature is very accurate though, as all of the colors I purchased are much lighter and pinker than the feature indicated they would be, even after applying multiple coats. While all the shades I purchased work, some just weren't exactly what I was hoping for. Favorite shades: Top Tomato (pictured) Royal Raisin Pros: Wears well, long lasting Passed the cup test (no transfer) Dries quickly Doesn't dry lips out Cost Well pigmented Cons: Colors don't always translate the way you think they will Some colors have a lot of glitter (for instance, the Vigorous Violet is very heavy on the glitter. If you're not careful, the color can come out looking like those early 2000s frosted lip glosses from Claire's) Recommendation Lightly exfoliate your lips and moisturize at night. I find this helps prevent lips from drying-out. Stick within shades you already know work for your skin tone (read: don't trust the "Try On feature)

I looove this liquid lipstick! My favorite brand. This is the 2nd time I bought it, and I have a couple other colors. This color is definitely my most frequently used. Not too bright, and it goes along with most outfits. What I really love about this particular liquid lipstick is the longevity and feel! It doesnt dry out my lips, and I typically only need one application. My lips still look perfect at the end of the day, no smudges, no rubbing off on your hand or glasss. Makeup remover is really the only thing that's going to take it off, though it's possible remove it with something oil based, like baby oil or possible face moisturizer, and some elbow grease.

YES, this is a good product. It goes on easily, looks natural, stays on for hours even while eating or drinking. Doesn't come off on anything. I stopped wearing lipstick for years but a colleague told me about this and I will definitely wear this every day. It is a little drying, so carry some lip balm to apply over it, but it's not irritating at all. Also not sticky once it dries. The Nude #1 color is very natural looking, a balanced pink/beige color. I am very fair but this would work for many different skin tones. I also bought the Iconic Iris color which is a little more pink but also very natural looking.

I've been using this particular lipstick for years, and it's still my favorite, simply because nothing lasts longer than ColorStay. I find Miracle Mauve the most flattering for my coloring, but have noticed that the color is not always consistent batch to batch, and sometimes the color seems to move orange-y after the tube has been open awhile. But overall, it provides long-lasting color and goes on with admirable precision - no lip liner necessary. Standard lipsticks create drag when applying, and I always found it difficult to draw a clean line, but the liquid color goes on smoothly and straight. I do not find it adequate by itself however, as I find it far too dry to use alone. After it dries, I like to use a topcoat gloss to keep my lips moist and reapply the gloss periodically throughout the day. This is far more preferable than reapplying lipstick all day though - this is the lowest maintenance lip color I know.

To avoid feathering, I apply this, blot very well, then rub it in with my fingertips, so it goes on more as a stain. Lasts for hours, through eating and drinking. Love it. I get lots of compliments. I wouldn’t say this is moisturizing, but you can apply baby lips (my go-to for moisture w/ color) or something over it to get moisture. I’ve tried every kind of lip product and this is my favorite, by far. I hope they never stop making it.

Why doesn’t any cosmetic blend color anymore? These are Crayola copies of colors that don’t flatter. If you are 20,30, even forty you can make up like a clown and possibly look chic but I am an advocate for finding the best colors for your individual hair, skin and eyes. It appears to me these cosmetic companies are headed byBeautiful women who can wear anything and still look great. Most of us are not that lucky - color is everything. While I applaud the addition of cosmetics for women of color and Latin lineage,it seems that white women have been left out. When I see the models there are no blonde women with neutral to warm skin and blue eyes. We are part of the population too as are redheads. What gives?
