The good: nothing really. The adequate: the shackle thickness was a little more than stock, the bolts and locknuts were reasonable. The not so good: the diameter of the bolts was slightly oversized, requiring the bronze bushings I had purchased to be reamed in order for the bushing to turn on the bolt. The diameter of the holes in the equalizers was slightly undersized, requiring the bushings to be pressed into place. The bad: the shackle straps delivered were of two different lengths, 2.25 inches and 3.125 inches. Customer service told me to return the shipment to Amazon, but half of the kit was already installed on my trailer. So I cut the longer shackles to the correct length and bored new holes.     • You're going to have to buy the proper bolts to make this kit work. You've been warned.
Bolts supplied are only long enough to attach straps to leaf springs and equalizers. I had to spend $45 in bolts, nuts, and washers to attach ends of leaf springs and equalizers to hangers. So tired of being cheated by companies that refuse to exercise quality control. I will no longer buy from this company. I was leery of this purchase after reading similar reviews. I think they should at least reimburse me for monies I had to spend to make this kit work. I don't complain much but damn. So tired of this. ... show more

    • Be careful with buying used. All of the plates were missing one of mine arrived.
Half of the hardware and all of the plates were missing when mine arrived. It was an emergency situation so I ended up using them and buying the missing parts. but got no credit for the missing hardware.
