Description

Tired of your RV rocking and swaying back and forth? Using race car stabilization technology, JT's Strong Arm™ Jack Stabilizers by Lippert™ use triangles — the strongest shape in nature — to eliminate unwanted chassis movement. One end of each stabilizer tube attaches to each landing gear leg and the other to your 5th wheel RV or travel trailer’s frame, forming a rigid, durable triangle. There is no welding required and no need to remove and reattach during setup. It's permanent. When parked, JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizers telescope into place with the jacks. The patented universal system is designed to attach to the three main types of jacks found on RVs: scissor, front landing gear and telescoping.Complete with three outer tubes, three inner tubes, and all necessary mounting hardware — an easy, one-time installation is all it takes to put this stabilizer kit on your RV. Which means getting rid of chassis movement, just got a whole lot easier. From wind gusts to uneven terrain, you can count on JT’s Strong Arm to help eliminate your chassis movement for a more stable, comfortable camping experience.Whether you’re on the road or on the water, Lippert supplies a broad array of premium RV, towing, and marine products designed to enhance all of your recreational pursuits. • They must for long trailers
I have a 45 foot fifth wheel toy hauler which only comes with one set of rear stabilizers other than the landing gear so I actually added another set of scissor stabilizers and then added all Lippert JT strong alarm supports it is now rocksolid

  • Patience grasshopper
After watching the videos many times I decided to purchase and do it myself. They work as advertised and reduced 5th wheel movement to 95% of previous. Take your time and you won’t have an issue unless your gen exhaust goes out the side like mine. I do recommend new drill bits.

  • They kinda work, are well built and a pain to install at home
I've had them on my camper for most of this season, they did seem to help but I got much better results switching the stairs to the kind that touch the ground. They are built of high quality materials, I just don't think the work all that well on our 33' camper.

  • This is decent, actually
This is a decent system actually. I purchased it with a little apprehension, but overall it is exactly what I expected. Install was easy enough, just a pain to drill all of the holes, which is the hardest part. Don't guess on measurements though! Mine came with all of the parts that I needed. The only negative is that when not on level ground these really do not work. The short side gets tight but the longer side is loose, thus you get the shaking still. But on level ground it is solid as a rock! ... show more

  • Decent, customer assistance needs work.
Check for missing parts at arrival. Don't use the online customer service option, just call. Their online form is worthless. After all parts arrived, happy with purchase. Very stable.

  • Product: GREAT! Instructions: CRAP!
After opening the box the JT Strongarms came in, I unpacked all of the hardware and laid it out in an organized manner so that I could get an idea of what I was dealing with. I then opened the installation manual to read the instructions. Although there are other reviews that have already covered this topic, I must state this for the record: THE INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED WITH THIS PRODUCT ARE CRAP! If you want to feel as though your brain has been shrinkwrapped, frozen, and sent into an alternate dimension, attempt to follow along with what must have been written by a mechanical engineering dropout and edited by his son (who did slightly better in school and received his theater arts degree... with a D average). Seriously, I have read a fair number of technical manuals and this one is by FAR the worst. It's not as if it was written by someone who had learned English as a second language, I have read plenty of those. Usually, you can get the gist of what is being decribed farily quickly. This manual is on another level of bad. The only reason I can imagine this is written as poorly as it is is because Lippert decided to save a few bucks and farmed the writing of it out to the janitor. "Hey, you want to stop scrubbing toilets for four hours and write some words on a page? They don't really need to be comprehensible, we just need ink on paper," must have been the pitch. This is a bit harsh, but if you decide to buy these, you'll get the thrilling opportunity of trying to imagine all of the hardware and brackets that come with the kit assembled in a way that would frighten David Lynch. Save yourself the mind-bending agony and watch the YouTube video. It's fifteen minutes long and is WELL worth it. The product itself is fantastic. I spent about three hours from beginning to end; that includes half an hour fruitlessly attempting to obtain intelligible instructions from the manual and fifteen minutes watching the YouTube video. The only reason I gave four stars is (you guessed it) the pathetic excuse for an instruction manual. Other than that, if you have a shaky fifth wheel, this is the cat's meow. ... show more

  • Big difference!
Wonderful product, on a scale of 1-10 the movement in the trailer went from a 10 to a 1 after we put these on. Watch videos on install prior to ordering.
