Love that this product is liposomal. Alphalipoic acid is notoriously unstable and potency can vary greatly among manufacturers. That's why I was so happy to find this and a big bonus is that it includes L-Carnitine, Ubiquinol and Vitamin E. I was already taking those so now I will save additional money by not having to buy them again.

I gave 4 stars not because product doesn't work but it's cause I think with natural supplements, it has to build up in the body for longer periods of time like 2 months or more. Varies form person to person. Unlike prescriptions which work most of the time quickly but with a risk of undesirable side effects. I have been taking this consistently for about a month and ordering second bottle. I have noticed I'm not as cold and my circulation has gotten better since taking it. But I also take other supplements. So I'm happy with overall changes within last month. Time will tell when I reap all the benefits of this magnificent supplement and others. I'm steering clear of pharmaceuticals.

This is a good antioxidant supplement that is packaged well. For those of us who don't always eat all the fruits and vegetables we should, it's a good overall antioxidant. I've been taking these pills every morning for the past week as directed on the bottle (2 softgels a day . I have had no adverse effects from taking these pills. Tit's not bad and the capsules are easy to swallow.
