This dress is absolutely gorgeous in person. The lace looks high quality. As others have commented, it is heavy but that is because of the quality of the lace. Unfortunately, the zipper was broken on the size that fit my daughter and we have to send it back. Unsure if we will reorder as my daughter has textural issues and felt it was scratchy. If we do reorder it would need some minor alterations and we will check with our seamstress to see if anything can be done about the stiffness around the arm holes.
