Nice for relatives you don’t like
Nice futon. Served its purpose of accommodating a relative while she was in town that I stuck in the basement that had no proper bed. We don’t care for her, hence the basement.

Not comfortable
Nice but not comfortable

Great addition for guests
I’m very happy with this futon so far. It’s the perfect size for the space, and I love both the color and the soft texture of the fabric. I haven’t had a chance to sleep on it yet, so I can’t comment on how comfortable it is overnight, but it works perfectly for what I needed. It provides a comfortable place to sit during the day and easily converts into an extra sleeping space when guests stay over. If you’re looking for an attractive, functional futon that doesn’t take up too much room, this is a great option

Not As Advertised
The image is misleading from the actual product. The base of the couch has the design of the corduroy going vertical instead of horizontal like the rest of the couch. It looks strange and cheap. Additionally, they used different black fabric on the back and as part of the futon instead of a similar beige color. It’s an eye sore and I feel tricked since it’s too heavy for me to lift and get back down the stairs to return.

Basic Futon
Easy assembly. Great for small spaces. Not so comfortable to lay on, you will need to buy a mattress topper for more cushion. Also it’s not too long eventhough it says XL. Best for ppl 5’4” and under.

Perfect size for dorm
Extra seating for a dorm room. The material is soft and nice, although there was a small puncture in the fabric upon delivery. The angle of the end legs seems a bit odd, but it is serving its purpose. The back reclines at a couple of different and also lies flat. Works like a lawn chaise back: fold it forward then back to open it flat; click it up a notch at a time to the desired position. I wouldn’t plop down on it really hard because of the legs. I do think the bottom could be reinforced with a thin piece of plywood and straight legs if you’ll be keeping it for the long term. In a dorm situation, that would be too much extra work. Overall, pleased with this purchase.
