It's a useful product and very well-designed. As others have mentioned, winding it up is kind of cumbersome because there's no outer knob to grab like most cord reels have. Instead, this one has a recessed handle in the center of it, which is innovative but not as easy to use... there's no leverage, so instead of it taking like 10 seconds to wind up like most cord reels, this will take you a minute or two. The cord on mine arrived loose and haphazardly wound; it might have been used before I received it - that's the reason for the four stars instead of five. ... show more
