I’ve bought several pair of these leggings because the fit and function are great. However, the last pair I purchased didn’t have the side pockets, just a tiny waist pocket. They’re super cute, but I’m very disappointed.

Compression- medium all over, medium at the waist. The waist band is thick and doesn't let my belly hang out the bottom. Waist band has a small elastic band at the very top so these don't roll down. They don't sag at the crotch or knees for me, so it's a good compressive fit. Material- very soft, more cotton-like feel. Doesn't make "swish" noise when walking. Isn't shiny. May attract pet hair after a few washes, but so far it hasn't. I stick to hang drying them. Thickness- medium, not too thin like other leggings. Not see-through. Black color passes the squat test. Moisture wicking- unsure, I haven't worked out in these. Overall, these are my lounge at home/work leggings (I am a nanny for 2 kids). I love the compression and opaqueness. I love the depth of the pockets and that they aren't set too high up. I tend to choose these leggings for everyday wear over other ones I own. They are a good budget option. I am 5'3", 172 lbs, usually a size 12 pant, I bought a large which fit perfect.

These are a great value, soft and comfortable. More expensive leggings don't have elastic in the waist, the fabric is strong enough to hold them up. These do have about a one inch band of elastic at the top, so it does give a bit of a pinch at the waist for me, but I like them enough that I don't care. The texture is very velvety. My one criticism is that they are not that long, and they are oddly looser at the ankle than anywhere else. Small criticisms. I am ordering more.
