I have been looking for a new comforter for my bed for someone time now. It occurred to me that I owned a very nice microfiber comforter in my guestroom. It was made by linenspa. I looked at Amazon and they had the same comforter! I ordered the white and gray striped queen size for my bed. It arrived vacuum packed. I open the bag and threw it on the bed and that’s what you see in the pictures: no wrinkles whatsoever, fluffy soft and flawless & reversible. I might buy one more. I might buy two more, this is an amazing product. The manufacturer suggests washing it once every three years… well the one in my guest room hasn’t been washed in three years and it’s immaculate. I’ve been showing this picture to my friends and they’ve been guessing $300 and when I say no $39, they immediately order it Comes in several reversible colors with finished edges. I would never put a duvet over this. It’s stunning as is! It’s quite warm, but not too warm for our frigid 37° evenings with no heat on in my house I might even need a 2nd one, which is a great excuse to order another one. This would be the perfect comforter in regards to being soft, plush, lightweight, and just plain snuggly for any adult, but there's just one thing and that is getting the washing and drying of it right. If you have a home wash machine without the center agitator then great. But if you take it to a laundromat make sure it goes in the NEWEST non-agitator machine or you will get snags! You will have these snags until the next time you wash it again, but you will be smart this time to put it in the NEWEST machine there and amazingly the rewashing of it takes the snags out completely! Then it is best to air dry for the day. The laundromat dryers along with my own dryer will SNAG it all over again untill it is rewashed. You will find this info in some of the other comments. Regarding that, it's still my favorite comforter. Would I get it again...? Maybe. ... show more

This arrived just before a big ice storm. My fingers were too stiff to attach the cover until the storm has passed, but when power went out for 60 hours, the duvet was the thing that kept me warm. I’m not sure I’ll wash the cover every time I wash the sheets as they recommend. It a difficult task for one person. I might get a single or a double since it’s only me.     • Very soft, but I had to puff wash square by hand

This duvet insert is very soft, but after washing and drying it, I still had to puff each square by hand. It was puffy enough for me once I did that, but I wouldn’t say it was as puffy as the photos. It also was still very wrinkled looking, though take that with a grain of salt as my dryer is small and just barely fit this comforter. I use it as a duvet insert and having the 8 tie point is great! I bought the oversized Queen and a matching white oversized Queen duvet cover from Bare Home that had six ties. Looks like a cloud! The duvet cover hid all the wrinkles in this duvet. ... show more

i bought this comforter in a full size. it came today. it is listed as being 82" x 86" according to the manufacturer's label on the comforter. i measured it; it is actually 76" x 84". fortunately, it will probably still work for my needs. it is very light weight, nice-looking and seemingly thick enough to be warm on cold winter nights here. i am looking forward to using it tonight. if anything changes, i'll be sure to update this review... i love this duvet, it’s super warm and comfortable but is still very lightweight. my one complaint is that if you use it without a duvet cover (like i currently am) it snags super easy. for some people that wouldn’t be an issue at all but i have a kitten so it’s looking a little worse for wear, but once i get a cover for it it won’t be any biggie at all ... show more

This is my first time ever writing a review. I bought this last month. I bought this because I wanted a down comforter, but too expensive. I do love this comforter. Very comfy, soft, and lightweight. Also, it is a little fluffy, but not like the pictures show it. I am a hot sleeper and I don’t get too hot with this. Everything is great about it other than washing it. I just washed it for the first time and it ripped a couple holes in it and made it hard/crinkly in some places. If you buy this I would suggest taking it to the dry cleaners when you need to wash it. Still love it, this is just for future buyers to not make the mistake I did! ... show more

We purchased a king bed that has seperate bedding so that involved expense of new mattress pads, sheets and comforters. This xl twin comforter works well at such a good price. I read reviews and was worried it would be defective or when I washed it would tear. But I washed it before putting on bed and dried it on low setting and it came out fine. It would be nice if it was more of a cotton blend, but it’s intended to be an insert for duvet. Good value. ... show more
