I have had these sheets in the brown color for years. They have held up well and haven’t pilled at all (which is one thing I can’t stand with certain other sheets.) The brown sheets did rip on one of the corners after a while but I think they might have gotten caught on something sharp because it never happened again or spread. I bought the purple color as a nice and cheap alternative option. My husband and I just purchased a Purple mattress and I will say I like these sheets a little less now. They lack stretch, which I think doesn’t matter on most beds but is kind of important for a purple mattress. I may start shopping around for stretchier sheet options now but I would still recommend these sheets if you have a more traditional bed. They worked great on our old sleep number! I have bought probably 20 of these duvet covers and probably 6 sets of sheets. They are the softest duvets and all of our guests love them so much-- we have 2 in each bedroom at 2 house, and I've bought so many as gifts. They dry fast, without wrinkles and feel like silk. There are 3 problems-- with the duvet covers- if you don't buy white, any of the colored sheets or duvets will spot very easily from detergent or softener, if you don't run the rinse cycle twice. I have had some frustrating times putting sheets on only to them look at what appears to be a stain (and it's not but i still need to remove and wash again) so I reco white. Second-- this is major - the duvets are not consistently sized. I just went through the effort of measuring them all because they are driving our cleaning ladies crazy. The Kings all vary sometimes 6-10 inches!~ And the queens all are different too, one is even a square 90 x 90. I don't know who is supervising their cutting department but this is really annoying when your duvet either rolls inside from the cover being too small, or the there are inches of limp fabric that you have to try to make look okay. I will pay closer attn to the sizing when they arrive and send back before I use them, from now on. I still have not found a more comfortable duvet covers. Third, the sheets are very thin, so they can appear cheap. So we use them for ourselves because they are silky but don't use them on the beds for guests. If you don't use a top sheet, then the fitted sheet is great with just a duvet cover. The top sheets are the problem-- I even accidentally pulled my nails through it while making the bed, and I have very very short nails. ... show more

Average sheets and I like the color! But the fitted sheet / elastic isn’t strong. When I roll over in bed, the fitted sheet moves with me and you can see it riding up the mattress on the sides. I prefer fitted sheets that don’t move.
