Even though it had cold packs it was delivered after two pm so the cold packs were melted and so was the chocolates I love this brand but was so disappointed and will not order again if I could drive I would try to return it

EDIT: Reached out to customer service and they refunded me the cost, so it was just a shipping issue, not a product issue! I usually love these, and USUALLY Amazon packs them with cold packs to prevent them from melting, but they didn't this time, so this is a pure case of love the product, shipped terribly. Considering the fact that it's a "food item" I can't return it, so I'll just stick the bag in my freezer and hope I can salvage it, but man... I was looking forward to this! ... show more

A few of the chocolates was melted, and was all over the bag, I like chocolates soft,so I didn't return them, and it was still good, well buy again, it needs to be in a cool place, so it won't melt.
