    • The jar wasn't sealed.
I like the fact it's not a no lye relaxer. So far the packaging could be better, I would prefer a product that sealed properly, but when I removed the top there was no plastic over it. It looks like a floor sample. It smells like a typical relaxer/sodium hydroxide. It would be nice to have the PH balance on it. There's not enough description on how to apply it on various textures. It's probably not compatible with thio based perms because of the sodium hydroxide. Hopefully it doesn't have a high PH balance. I will definitely give a second review upon satisfaction in a couple of weeks. For now, I can only give it 3 stars. That product has a lot of fillers such as cheap petroleum, and mineral oil, and the Shea butter is a great idea, but I am not a fan of sodium hydroxide based relaxer.
