This 100% cotton cardigan is generously sized, soft, lightweight, and great for keeping warm in cool weather or in a building that keeps the thermostat set low. We ordered the beige color which is more of an off white. The sweater came with a tiny brown spot/stain on one sleeve cuff that was barely noticeable. The sweater came with one extra button which was a nice touch. However, the extra button came in a plastic bag rather than sewn on, so you might want to sew it onto an inconspicuous area on the cardigan to keep from losing it. The care instruction tag on the cardigan had different instructions than the Amazon listing. Specifically, it said to hand wash only in cold water, no bleach, no tumble dry. Dry cleaning is okay. Despite the tiny stain on the sleeve, my wife thought this item was nice enough that she had me order a second one in a different color.

This classic cardigan style sweater is just what I've been looking for to complement a short sleeve dress on cool evenings. Made of 100% cotton, the size small is a good fit; however, care must be taken in regard to washing as it does have the potential to shrink. The label advises a cold-water wash, which I did or dry clean and to avoid the dryer. I took a chance putting it in the dryer until just damp and it did fine with a minimal amount of shrinkage and almost zero wrinkling. The sweater is a deep navy color, soft to the touch, with ribbed cuffs, hemline, crew neckline and well bound buttonholes for easy open/closure.

There were no surprises with this purchase. The cardigan is exactly as pictured. Oddly, the color marked beige is pictured as white. It is indeed white. White is the color that I hoped for so that was a win! Since I plan to wear it over clothing for an added layer of warmth, I ordered it in a medium. It is just a tiny bit loose. If you want it to be fitted, follow the size chart. It is loose enough that I probably could have gotten away with a small. None the less, I am very pleased with this purchase. The sweater is soft, simple and looks professional. It comes with an extra button, but all the buttons are well secured. The sweater is the perfect for days when you need a little extra warmth in an airconditioned or breezy setting.

I ordered one size up because I wanted it a little "baggy" and it is true to size ... I got it "a little baggy". Nice construction, well made (no hanging threads, etc.) and has a good "heft" to it, so it will take me well into the Fall and Winter. I really appreciate a nice pink to wear in the Fall and Winter .. where so many articles of clothing always seem to be only grey, black, or brown (bleah). Pink it is!

I do like the sweater and ordered the size as indicated on their chart. They do run small. I usually wear and XL and based on measurements I ordered the XXL. Even the XXL is a bit snug. The fabric is nice and buttons and holes line up nicely. I like that there are double buttons at the collar and hem.
