I love these glasses. I use them to block blue light in the evening and they work really well. I like that they're super lightweight and comfortable to wear and that the lenses are big and round. They block a lot more light than other styles I've tried because of their size. They also aren't too dark so they definitely help me relax (I feel it immediately when I put them on) but they aren't so dark that I have trouble seeing (bc I also keep the lights very dim in the evening). They are, however, quite cheap. I had my last pair for about a year and a half and then the arm came off bc the screw fell out and even after fixing it twice, bc it happened twice, the arm just snapped in half. And I handle them quite carefully. I hate creating more waste and always try to be eco friendly with my purchasing choices so I try to buy high quality items, but these are just too comfortable for me to pass up on so I bought them again.     • Such a HUGE difference in my eye burn and strain!!
I now know when I don't have them on. Buying another pair! I used to have such bad eye burn looking at the computer, ipad and phone screens. When on Zoom, my face would literally burn and visually get red. I did a lot of research before buying these and the added level of amber makes a huge difference. I like the shape, great quality glasses too. However, the lens is super yellow and makes light so much brighter than if I don’t wear them. I wish the lenses were more red like other blue light blockers.

My eyes are very sensitive to the blue light of LED headlights. These glasses reduce the glare and I don’t squint anymore while driving in the night. Another unexpected advantage is increased sharpness of vision in the rain.

For my personal flavor of photo photo phobia that stims from sensory processing disorder, asd, and light sensitivity with dysautonomia/POTS, these gave me an instant headache and nausea it intensified things around me and I will never wear them. Terrible.
