I specifically wanted something lighter weight for summer than my all season down 2.6 lb down comforter 42 oz fill( 100% cotton cover, mostly down, no dark feathers.) I live in upstate NY- cold winters I like my temp at 65 and sleep hot. At 2.6 lbs I still too feel warm during hot summer nights. So this one at 1.25 lbs/ 20 oz fill I believe will be perfect for the summer. I love sleeping under cozy down; It's my non-negotiable. My search was extensive. Believe me this is the one for me! If you want heavier I would go with the all season. There are many comforters on Amazon so take a look; I don't think you will top this one. I will be back to Eastwarmth for my new all season queen comforter. I could not be happier!

Light weight and warm enough.

This duvet is perfect for me as I cannot be to warm anytime. I use it as is with no sheet or duvet cover. It washed beautifully. This my second one as the first one met with a horrible accident. I had to have it replaced quickly. Great product.

Love this Comforter

Bought two, because my husband and I sleep the European way where we each have our own covers. These are perfect for late spring, summer and early fall when it’s warmer. I sleep warm and this comforter is the perfect comfort level for me. I use it as a second layer at my feet for the winter months. The Lake Blue color is very pretty, has a slight teal tone to it kind of aqua. Unfortunately I purchased mine about two months after my husband bought his and they aren’t exactly the same color. My bad for not buying them together. They are the perfect fit width and length. Not too thick, just right for lightweight breathable and a good value for the money. Great durability

Quality material does not attract pet hair

Love it. Had it for a while. Perfect for Florida heat. You can not feel it on you, so light but keeps you warm. But the best feature is that it doesn't attract cat hair or fur. I will buy other colors for different seasons and highly recommend it. I just love it.

I Love It But....

This might well be my favorite Amazon purchase of all time. I simply love this beautiful, luxurious comforter and love crawling into bed at night knowing I'm going to stay comfortably warm all night without a lot of the unnecessary and uncomfortable weight of a heavier blanket or comforter. I should clarify that I live in central Florida, which is a moderate winter climate, so you should take that into account where your own comfort is concerned. But I am confused about what's really in the filling of these comforters. They seem very well made, and perhaps the manufacturer has managed to standardize the filling, as in down to feather content. But the product description now shows the filling is 90% goose down and 10% feathers. My comforter has a label that says it is filled with 100% goose down. Another buyer uploaded a photo of the comforter she bought, same company label, but the one she received had a 75% down and 25% feather mix. I ordered a second comforter and it has a label showing 90% down and 10% feather. I don't know how a buyer can determine what they are actually going to get as far as the filling goes. But that does not deter my enjoyment of the product. As far as the sizing is concerned, I used the manufacturer's measurement chart and took a metal tape measure and put it on each bed before ordering. I recommend you do this. I bought both of my comforters one size larger than the specified bed size and I am happy with the size of both.
