This notebook has 80gsm paper and seems to me to feel very similar to many of the 100gsm notebooks that I've tested. My reading on this is that since this measurement of paper weight doesn't necessarily tell you what to expect in terms in perceived thickness and ink bleed through, you could in theory have papers of two different weights that behave and feel similarly thick. I can say that the texture is not so smooth that you can't use colored pencils on it, which I prefer. The 0.5 and 0.7 gel pen inks that I tried do not bleed through the paper. I also look to see if ink leaves a shadow on the back side of the page and it's about the same as about half of the 100gsm papers I've tried. It's not enough to make you not want to write on the reverse side of a page, but it's a little distracting to a fussy person like myself. I like to see less of it. I think for as nice as the cover is on the notebook, I don't see why more sheets were provided. It's really lovely and seems a bit wasteful to protect so few sheets with so much sturdiness, but I'm not going to take a star off for that, because they let you know how many sheets you are getting. It's not a surprise. I like having room in the header of each page for the date, day of the week and weather, although I've seen other notebooks that let you assign a memo number, which is missing here and potentially useful. I'm honestly not sure how the term "waterproof" could be applied to a notebook that contains paper. I'm going to assume that the cover resists water staining, so perhaps that should be explained better. I think the nicest feature here is the wire binding that allows the notebook to lay perfectly flat combined with the perforated sheets that allow for easy tear-out. This is really such a nice notebook that again my only gripe would be to make the A4 size with more sheets for future versions. So much luxury; so little actual paper!

This spiral notebook is very nice, in the baby pink color. It can be used as a journal. On every page it has a date at the top right and a page number at the bottom. It’s great for school or for at home monitoring just the bills. It’s easy to use. The value for the money and how sturdy this notebook is great. The pages does not bleed with different pens. It’s sturdy and thick which it will last a long time.

This notebook is cute. I like the pink color. The size is makes it versatile for carrying around in my tote. It is not very thick because it doesn't have a lot of pages. The paper is a nice grade, and ink doesn't bleed through onto the opposite page. Great for a companion notebook for note taking, appointment reminders, budgeting, journaling, etc. It's a pretty good value. I love the attached stay closed band, hardcovers, and the pocket on the inside back cover! The pocket is handy to slip business cards, receipts, or a small note into for safe keeping. The spiral binding is very sturdy, and it doesn't have any sharp ends! Perfect for school, business, or everyday use!
