I very rarely write reviews on Amazon. Mostly just because I'm too busy to take the time out of my day. I had to write a review about this bike, not because it's such an awesome ebike (which it actually is) but because of our experience with the seller which I'll share below. But first my honest review of the bike... This ebike is awesome. We got it for our 4-year-old and he absolutely loves it. Nothing about it feels cheap, everything is solid and well made, and it has the perfect amount of power and speed for its size. Now about the seller... We had an issue where the bike wouldn't charge, so we reached out. They were very prompt with communication and quickly determined the battery was faulty and offered to ship a replacement. We were leaving on a family trip in 7 days and really hoped to bring the bike with us, so we asked if we could pay to expedite the shipping. That's when they told us that not only was expedited shipping not possible, but they were actually out of stock and wouldn't be able to send one for a couple of weeks. To our surprise, 5 days later a new battery showed up on our doorstep. I don't know if they pulled one from an existing bike or what, but they clearly went above and beyond to get it to us before our trip. It even happened to arrive on our son's birthday, so he got to ride his ebike on his big day and gets to bring it on our family trip. We really appreciate the seller for making that happen. We bought this bike for Our 2 year old son and we could Not be happier with it! We did extensive research on the electric balance bikes and decided on this one! So easy to assemble, the price was just right, and although it goes pretty fast for a 2 year old it’s the perfect speed for him! The product itself is such good quality and the perfect size for somebody his age/size! The battery life is unmatched! This was the best option to introduce him to a throttle and hand brake before we jump to a dirt bike next year! ... show more

I bought this electric bike for my 8-year-old and 4-year-old, and they both absolutely love it. The dirt bike style was a huge selling point — they think it looks just like a real dirt bike, which made them instantly obsessed with it. The adjustable seat height was a big plus for us. My 4-year-old is a little taller for his age, and it fits him really well, while still working great for our older child too. I also really appreciate that you can switch between a slower mode and a higher-speed mode. Starting them out in the slow setting helped them build confidence, and it’s nice knowing they can grow into the faster mode. The bike feels very sturdy and well-made. It’s held up great to regular use, feels stable when they’re riding, and has good balance — which gave us peace of mind, especially with a younger rider. Overall, this has been an awesome purchase and totally worth it. The best! My son loves it and it's so nice for when we want to do long walks. Its the end of May right now and we have had it since Christmas and it's work perfectly for us. The batter life is pretty long but we bought an extra one and carry it with us for when were out extra long. Some things that I wish it had was a back fender so mud doesn't fly up my son's back and wider foots pegs. ... show more

We love this bike for my son who is 4. You can change the speed which is nice. My son is able to balance on it really well. He started off with balance bikes and we finally thought he was ready! My son has been riding it every day since we got it. It’s not loud and works great. The only thing I recommend is that if your child plans to ride it a lot is to buy an extra battery so they can ride while the other battery is charging.
