This motorcycle exceeded my expectations, the strong and resistant material, brings all its tools to assemble it and the manual, it was very easy to assemble it, the stickers come a lot to be able to customize it and the charger works very well it charges quickly. The speed is very good if I feel that the bike goes fast, my son really enjoys assembling it and now he is learning how to use it but the experience has been very good. I recommend it

I will start by saying my kids LOVED this bike. It was awesome for them to learn to ride on with the three speeds but that was while it actually worked. Do not buy this bike if you think you may have any type of warranty or customer service to help if you have any issues. The throttle on the bike has stopped working after less than a year of owning it which seems to be a common issue in other reviews. It seems like it could be a simple replacement IF I could find the replacement anywhere or have this company respond to me in any way shape or form. I have reached out using at least six different forms of communication and have not heard one single thing back from the company in weeks. My kids ask about riding it every day and at $300 it’s not cheap to just buy a new one especially when it’s a simple part that should still be under warranty. I’d even purchase the part if there was any way to do it. The lack of communication at all from this company brings this bike to a 1 star for me. We were going to be purchasing another for our other kid because of how much they loved it but it looks like we will be looking elsewhere from a company that actually communicates with its customers

The media could not be loaded. Purchased in January (4 mo ago). Overall pretty impressed for the price. Was my kids first into from a quad to a bike. We are prepping them for dirt bikes. Beautiful transition bike for a toddler that’s not yet proficient at riding a bike but has the balance bike down. Our 5 year old graduated to the 16 in wheel within 1.5 mo. Then our 2 year old jumped on it. Now wet have a 12 in and 16 in. The 5 year old is now transitioning to his Stacy bike (up to 18 mph) so he’ll be back and forth for a while. We took them to the desert and beach camping (not on the sand, wouldn’t work). In the desert the small bike can only handle hard backed dirt. The larger bike does okay in the wash if it’s not too deep. The bikes will need oiling after the dirt/sand but other than that.. for the price.. they run great. If one breaks they’ve already paid themselves off. This is a daily activity for the kids and the batteries last the full hour. We charge them routinely but don’t leave them on the charger.

We love this dirt bike! We bought it for our 4 year old who is now five and there is still plenty of room to grow into it. Between the 3 different speeds it was slow enough to comfortably learn on and fast enough to be exciting and make mom and dad a little nervous! Its bigger tires make it perfect for dirt riding but it remains versatile enough for the road too. I also loved that it has a platform for the kids feet which most other kids e-bikes do not. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because a big reason I bought it was for the removable battery. The problem is that you can’t buy another battery separately. I’ve looked everywhere! That being said, the battery life is pretty decent, especially if they’re just riding around home. Overall, you can’t beat it for the price.

I'm writing this review a year later. My son is rough on everything so I wasn't sure how long this bike would last! This bike has been so awesome! We have taken it camping riding in rocks, sand, small puddles, up hills, down hills and even sometimes with his brother riding on it with him! Great bike best bang for you're buck. 5 out of 5 stars! Great customer service as well for replacement brake lever when little man took a hard spill lol.
