I cannot recommend this product, it got super hot seconds after I plugged it in. I was checking to see if it worked & was turning it on to make sure the lights worked which they only flickered & the stem got so hot that it burned my fingers. I immediately unplugged it & put it back in the box to return. I sure didn't want it to catch fire. ... show more

Box was trashed. Looks like it was wet and coming apart. Opened it up and the remote wasn't in the plastic bag, one of the balls was out of the bubble wrap the rest were in and the base that it needs to work wasn't even there.
