I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but this product deserves one. I was having trouble getting enough good rest at night. I suspected that my inner clock needed to be reset. This therapy light is one of the least expensive ones available, and other people said they liked it, so I gave it a try. I started using it first thing in the morning for about two hours, adjusting the intensity so that it was strong but comfortable. Within 7-10 days of regular use, I noticed my body shutting down earlier in the evening, so now I'm in bed by 10 o'clock. I wake up feeling refreshed for the first time in years, and my whole body seems healthier and happier. If you need help getting better sleep, I recommend you try this first before you spend much money on other remedies.

I work from home near a north facing window, so even when the sun is shining, it is always quite shady where I sit all day. I got this to try and help my 2pm crash and so far so good! It’s helped keep me awake, alert, and focused throughout my workdays. I also like that it is dimmable and you can switch from cool & warm lighting.

My therapist recommended that I get a light therapy lamp to help with my seasonal depression. After doing a lot of research, I chose this one because it offered great features at a reasonable price. I keep it by my bed and turn it on while reading or watching TV. Here’s what I love about this lamp: Adjustable Warmth: I’m a warm white kind of girl—bright white is too harsh on my eyes. This lamp lets you adjust the warmth of the light, offering four different cool and warm white options. Brightness Control: The power button controls the brightness, and the touch controls respond quickly and easily. Some days I prefer it really bright, while other days I want a softer glow. I love having that flexibility! Timer Function: This is my favorite feature! The timer options include 15, 30, 45, and 60 minutes. My therapist recommended 20-30 minutes, so I just set it to 30 minutes, and it automatically shuts off when the time is up—so convenient! No Flickering: I’ve had no issues with the light flickering, which is a huge plus! If things change and the lamp does begin to flicker, I’ll update the review. This is a great light therapy lamp, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for one!

My functional medicine doctor told me to purchase one of these so that I could get light exposure first thing in the morning. I try to get I the sun first thing, but sometimes in Ohio that just isn’t possible. I have been using this every morning for about a month and I’m noticing that I now wake up at the same time every morning. I am also actually tired and going to sleep between 9-10 PM after struggling to fall asleep for a really long time. This is the only change I have made recently so I feel like it’s been really effective. It’s nice because it has different shades of light as well as brightness. It is so easy to turn on too. You just have to barely hold your finger behind and it turns on, no fumbling around!
