I love the blue and green blend on these sleeves but don't know if I'll get much use out of them unless I wear them in cooler weather to keep warm rather than my hope which was to wear them this summer to stay cool. They do seem useful for protecting my arms from the sun though. I'm new to cooling apparel and the weather really hasn't been hot and sunny enough to test these thoroughly. The material these are made of feel like tights for legs. The cooling material of what I had considered my good cooling sleeves is more slick feeling (like a slinky nightgown) and even feels cold to the touch when I'm not wearing them, these just feel like room temperature. It seems like whatever cooling these types of cooling sleeves provide is when there's a breeze and the cooling comes from the evaporation of sweat that wearing the sleeves produces. It definitely does seem beneficial as far as protection from the sun to wear long sleeves of any type. I like these types of removable sleeves for clothes layering.

These are great for my elderly wife while working in the yard. She is on heart medication that is highly sensitive to sun and UV exposure. So these protect her arms from the sun and from brusing when bumping against tools, plants, etc while working. She loves them and wears them religiously while in the sun.

I have long arms and they cover from my big thumb to the beginning of my armpits. They seem to be working well at sunblocking, I use them when gardening. They also are like cooling. Personally, I don't mind wearing in a hot day at all.

I recently saw locals wear something similar to these on my vacation to the Galápagos Islands and I had to find them when I got back - these are so SMART and easy!! I just took an extended road trip for 4th of July and these immediately came in handy. I always seem to be on the sunny side of the car when driving so I just put on one of these and I didn't have to worry about getting a sun burn or too much UV. I also love the color blend of this pair, which looks great, and the one size fits worked for both my adult size arm as well as my daughter's. I also used these under my tee at a trip to the zoo (in Florida), and they were not hot-feeling at all - it did not feel like wearing long sleeves. I love these for instant, easy, UV sun protection!

I am in dermatologist, and although I do not have a long commute, my commute points me to the east on the way to work and on the west on the way home. This means the sun is always on my left and I’m always worried about the amount of UV light while I’m driving. I plan to keep these UV Blocking UPF 50 sleeves in my car. I just use them on a 13 Hour drive to our vacation property and it really came in handy to have them while I was driving to protect myself from sun exposure. I like that they are non-chemical, machine, washable, and reusable forms of sun protection. Highly recommend!
