I love this. I am a professional chef outside of the home and can be picky with what I’ll use in the home. This dish is aesthetically pleasing, deep, and well shaped/sized. I love the color, weight, size, and depth of this dish. The curved handles are easy to grab, and it is a beautiful dish to take straight from the oven to the dining table. I needed a deeper casserole dish especially for lasagna. The one I had been using was not deep enough, and at times liquid would bubble over making a mess in my oven. This is so perfect, and I will probably be giving it as a gift to a few family members in the future. Love the color and style of it as well. Cleans up beautifully also. I was looking for a general everything/lasagna pan for my nephews first apartment. Man! I wish I had got it for my self! The color is lovely and earthy and rustic in person. The design is surprisingly comfortable and efficient to use. It is nice and deep. The quality of the stoneware is excellent. We have baked lasagna, ribs, whole poultry, Mac n cheese, and re warmed those plates the next day: the longest I ever had to soak it was a couple of hours to soften up a hardened BBQ sauce. I am impressed with how well it was packaged. It is heavy and will be even more heavy when full but the handles are easy to grab on to making lifting when full safer. I have wanted a deep casserole dish for a long time. Unless something changes when I do use it, this will remain my evaluation.
