I bought these for lasagna since I can no longer find gluten free, oven ready lasagna noodles that fit my regular pan. We like the browned edges. Using a larger pan won't give us that, so I decided to give these a try. Because we like different ingredients, I bought 2 pans. They work great. The noodles are just slightly too big for the bottom couple of layers, but breaking off just a bit made them work just fine. And they fit perfectly by the time I reached the third layer. Bonus is that the pans are deep enough to allow for 4 layers meaning we have enough leftover to freeze portions for later. I am very pleased with these pans. My kids are grown and we just don't eat as much anymore but this pan was perfect size. I made a lasagna and it was just the right size for us now. This is great for us new couples... LOL empty nesters I guess it what I am called...Very nice baking dish

Very versatile! Of course it bakes perfect lasagna, but a number of smaller items can be baked. Mushrooms, baked beans, chicken, in this dish.

This dish bought for Lasagna narrowed down from 11.2 X 7.2 to exactly 91/2 X 51/2 at the bottom making it impossible to place 3 Lasagna noodles for the first layer. DON'T BUY for Lasagna.

This item feels really good quality. It is solid. I purchased this item because somethings that I bake I needed something a little bit deeper than my normal Pyrex baking pans. First, I like how it has a little bit of an old time, quality, old school look and feel to it. Like something that your grandma had in her kitchen to make your favorite dish. Please note what I’m about to say was my own fault and had nothing to do with this item… For some reason I thought it was going to be bigger but I didn’t check the size before I got it. I wish that it was a little bits longer and wider. But it is very deep and will work fine for me. Again, that was my fault. With that said, it has this nice ceramic feel to it, cleans up very easily, and I am looking forward to using it for my twice baked keto friendly cauliflower casserole that has bacon and onions and four types of cheese in it :-).
