I like this item. I got what I wanted layout and design and goody price. Durability, only used 2 days still excellent but years? Liked the 7 day with am and pm but I wanted 28 correctly labeled which this item is 28 days x 1 unit or 2 units. This 28 day daily place for pills is very good size but the daily shape is square so scoping out meds is different than my old box with rectangle less deep but same space for pills. More of pouring or flipping over with only one day open. And opening each daily worry about durability. Take out week is nice. See thru if taken is nice.

This pill holder is set up for an entire month if you put all your pills in one section. However I have turned it into a one week holder since not all my pills are taken at the same time. Morning, noon, dinner, and night. It's very sturdy.
