i got the large size (15 liters) I got this to use forwork. when it comes to work lunch, i dont pack heavy, the most i would put in the bag are a couple bottles of 16oz waters. On a typical workday, i would have two separate small containers of meat and rice, then random snacks and drinks which i could fit a lot of. Honestly, i would really put this bag to the test on my off-days when i travel somewhere or having a productive day. My active time of using this lunch bag would be when i play tennis. I would fill this bag up with at least 7 botles of 16oz water and a few cans on energy drinks, and sometimes a light snack. As it gets heavier, it does a good job keeping itself together as i carry it around. I normally use it without the included shoulder strap. that would be useful when the bag gets heavy. The insulation is pretty good. There are hot days where i leave my lunch in my car and my food would stlil be fairly cold atfer 5 hours. For it to sit in a hot car is pretty impressive. Also, i had a leak in my bag, and the bag did a good job not having my food leak out. It's easy to clean and there was no damage after i clean the inside of the bag. Overall, i would recommend this to anyone who wants a decent lunch bag with good insulation. There are a good amount of storage and it just gets the job done. one thing i dislike are how short the hand straps are. its nothing major but can be improved. 5/5

My husband works 12 hrs shifts and takes more than what would be considered normal size lunches to work. With this lunch bag I can fit 3 plastic rectangle lunch containers, 3 large energy drinks, 3 cans of soda, a couple of candy bars, and a few small bags of chips on the inside. It keeps his lunch cold as well.

The bag is indeed spacious enough to hold 24 cans, which is great for road trips or picnics. However, when it comes to everyday use, I found that it took up half a shelf of my office fridge and was a bit cumbersome to carry around. Despite its size, the insulation is excellent, and my food stayed cool for hours. The black color is sleek and stylish, and the bag is well-made and durable. Overall, if you're in need of a small cooler for road trips or picnics, this bag would be a great choice. However, if you're looking for a lunch bag to bring to work, keep in mind that it may be too large and take up a lot of space in the fridge.

This lunch bag is an excellent product. Has plenty of room for all you need to carry and keeps items cold throughout the day. The only downfall is the Velcro carry handle. It is in the way of you just want to quickly reach in and grab an item. It would be better if it was sewn right on top of the lid
