Update A Week Later: we bought a second one, it looks and performs just like the first and we're glad we now have TWO of these. Original Review: We drink a lot of sparkling water (canned) and we toss the rinsed empties into a grocery-size paper bag. Each bag then gets transported to the garage when it is full. Over this past winter, we ended up with a LOT of paper bags taking up lots of space in the garage. Instead of carrying a bunch of paper bags into the can/bottle redemption center, I wanted one large lightweight container that I could dump all of the cans into. This laundry hamper works out very nicely. I was happy that the inside is coated in a wax-like material - that means if we end up with any sticky spots, this will be easy to wipe clean. I like that it is collapsible and that it stands up on its own. It is lightweight and easy to carry. I believe that this hamper held cans from about 4-5 paper grocery bags. I did place the cans on their sides into the hamper, making use of every inch of space. I think next time I'll just dump them into the hamper, even if that means it fills up quicker. I wouldn't mind making extra trips, as this is easy to carry.

I have had these over 4 years now. (purchased in 2020 and reviewed in '25) They still stand up. The straps are still connected. (I carry them up and down two flights of stairs for laundry) There aren't any tears or holes. They still look good. I have not treated them gently. (I even drag them down the carpeted stairs when overfilled. ) Great value and so much better than plastic laundry baskets for me!

Honestly, it’s a nice size. I have A LOT of dirty laundry due to being home during these lockdowns. I probably wouldn’t pay this much for a hamper ever again though. I got the 100 L size and the material is like a plasticy slippery kind of material. It does feel pretty sturdy though. I fit an entire load of laundry and a small pillow. I live in an apartment complex so I have to haul it down 2 flights of stairs. I’ll update after a few uses to see if it holds up. The blender in the picture is just for size comparison lol.
