I ordered the wrong kyak on Amazon. Within 3 minutes I realized the mistake and tried to cancel the order. Lifetime refused to cancel the order even though the product wasn't even close to being shipped. They finally issued a refund after the delivery was refused and they got there product back. Then they took back the refund but said it was received. Then they sent me a ride message. I will never buy one of there products again!! Looks even greater than the pictures. Love the color and ease of hop in and out. The delivery was another great experience, it arrived earlier and the driver was great - he gave us a call in advance to set up the delivery date and time works for us.
