Very fast shipping. Arrived wrapped in plastic. Was in good condition. However, it did have a very strong "Chilli Pepper" smell. Must have been shipped in a produce truck with chili peppers in it. No worries. Got rid of that after a few dips in the lake.

I ordered the wrong kyak on Amazon. Within 3 minutes I realized the mistake and tried to cancel the order. Lifetime refused to cancel the order even though the product wasn't even close to being shipped. They finally issued a refund after the delivery was refused and they got there product back. Then they took back the refund but said it was received. Then they sent me a ride message. I will never buy one of there products again!! I'd rather save my money and buy a better brand kyak. ... show more

Looks even greater than the pictures. Love the color and ease of hop in and out. The delivery was another great experience, it arrived earlier and the driver was great - he gave us a call in advance to set up the delivery date and time works for us.
