These must be perfectly level when you install them or the pieces won’t fit together.. go ahead and invest in Stanley power levelers, they will save you so much time. Build the deck as they instruct you to do, and then use the levelers to make it right. If it sags, you’re screwed. If it bows, you’re screwed. Then, assembly takes all day. Two people. After that, very worth it. I bought three of these. ... show more

2 days to build the foundation with posts being in concrete and 2 days to put up the shed with the help of my girlfriend working 8 hour days. I’ve worked maintenance most of my working career and I found the instructions very difficult to understand. The QR codes provided on the instructions would not load the videos. Very frustrating! So, common sense kicked in and we figured it out on our own and got it done! ... show more

I'm in love with this shed. We have a smaller one in the back, so we were familiar with the process. It's not hard to put this together, although some instructions are not crystal clear. Don't worry. You can do it. The shed that we have up now had some issues with Lifetime's latest latch mechanism, but eventually we leveled everything out just right and now it opens and closes with no issues. It's pretty water resistant, even with our heavy rains. And ot holds holds more storage than I'd expected. The quality is great and it is aesthetically pleasing. ... show more

This shed is perfect. Ultimately I wanted the dual-entry shed, but it just wasn’t in the budget. The hardest part about putting this shed together for me was getting a level ground to put it on with the hard West Texas dirt. Once I got my pavers level this was a very easy assembly. If your ground is off even in the slightest the doors won’t meet up evenly, so be very diligent in creating a level ground for your shed. It was a good excuse for a couple of buddies and I to get together and work outside and get some good bro time away from the wives and kids. All in all it took us right at about 8 hours of work time. Obviously there was some down time for beers and camaraderie. Instructions were straight forward. However, some of the instructions referred to numbered products that were actually labeled by letters and sometimes vice versa, but easy enough to find the correct product with the pictures. If you live in the desert or hot climates, I would not suggest you use this as a workshop because it is like a sauna. I use this for storage for yard tools and other outdoor toys I own. Plenty of space. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ... show more

Thankfully where it was put together, it is secure on 2 sides of it, if it were put were it is exposed to winds on all sides, it might not survive the winds around here, even tho it is rated to. Too many airholes, does not fit tight enough. The instructions were not as easy to read, glad they had photos to look at to help put it together. Takes 3 people minimum and appro 12 hours to put together. Looks Nice, but had to modify a few things to make everything fit properly. The doors are still not exactly fitted well, and some of the hardware does not work at all. I do not think it was worth the high price for it, but I needed one asap. ... show more

Well, it looks nice when completed, but getting there...not so good. The directions that came with the shed are horrible. Very difficult to understand and no notes on the "tricky" parts. The video makes it look so easy...WRONG!! My husband and I did it but it took awhile and there was lots of yelling( my husband is experienced and an auto mechanic). You need to really study the directions since they are not very clear. And, you might have to view the video lots of times. Also, screws strip out easily, even with hand tightening. Good Luck. For the price it’s One of the best “Sheds” to buy if you prefer to “Assemble” a “Snap Together Kit” using a drill driver and save a ton of money. I rather enjoyed it. The floor, walls and roof are plenty tough and sturdy. Two “Lifetime Shed” 8 X 15 assembly videos on YouTube were very very helpful “together” with the “Instruction / REFERENCE BOOK” provided.
