I recently purchased another pair from lifestride and the boots were awful, and looked like they could melt if you literally just sat around a bonfire. Very plastic and shiny looking. BUT these boots from lifestride are not so, at all! They are firm, matte, simple and just beautiful! I believe lifestride has changed their measurements when making their boots because in the past, a few years ago I ordered a regular calf boot and it fit my skinny calves perfectly. I was happy to finally find a brand that fit me. But now, both of the new boots I have purchased within the last 3 months are very wide, even being labeled the regular calf boot. My daughter loved these. They fit perfectly true to size. After wearing for a few days she developed a rash on her ankles and legs. Wear tights or longer socks if you have sensitive skin.

I LOVE the grey color, style, and materials. They are soooo comfortable. I always get a 1/2 size bigger in case I want to wear my compression stockings or socks. Well worth the price, and I found the price to be a bargain.
