For work I wanted to elevate myself a bit (elevate, ha, get it?). I wear a "normal" 7.5 most of the time, sometimes a 7. I ordered a 7.5 and it fits true to size. These shoes are perfect for "dress for the job you want" types. I only just tried them, but they seem comfortable. I was worried that the zipper part in the back would rub against my heel and cause irritation but it doesn't seem that that's going to be an issue. Will update after I've spent a day in them. **EDIT** I've worn these twice this week and can tell you that they are a comfortable shoe that you should have no problem lasting the day in. I worked and ran errands with a toddler in tow both days with no soreness. My only tiny complaint would be that the elastic that comes across the top of my foot was a tad tight. After a day in them, the tightness was certainly noticeable, but not really enough to say painful or like I needed to take them off. I'm thinking the elastic should relax a bit once I've had them a while. *Edit* it's worth coming back to this review to say that I've had these shoes for quite a while and they hold up well. I will be buying other colors and a spare pair of black for when these give out, which I don't think will be anytime soon. Really just the perfect work shoe. I can walk all day in these comfortably.

I originally ordered an 8.5 and they slid right off my feet. Tried an 8, they arrived within a few days and I just tried them on. They feel no different. My toes are still crammed into the tiny toe space, my heel and ankle have no support, the shoe doesn't even touch my ankle. The weird thing was, the 8.5 was comfortable to walk on. The 8? Stiff as a board! No support, no comfort, nothing. The sticltching is itchy, the toe space is cramped and short. I'm just going to have to deal with it. I don't have time to find something that fits my feet and budget now. I'll just give these to my mother after the wedding.

That alone should speak volumes. I now own them in several colors because they offer an ideal combination of comfort, style, and reliability. Fit and Comfort From the very first wear, these shoes feel as if they’ve already been broken in. The soft lining and cushioned insole make them incredibly comfortable. I can wear them through a full day of meetings, travel, or even standing for long periods without a single blister or sore spot. They are perfect for anyone who wants something elegant without giving up support. Style The slingback design and moderate heel make them versatile enough for work, church, or formal events. They look professional with trousers and effortlessly polished with dresses. I get compliments on them all the time. The cutout detail adds just the right amount of interest without being flashy.
