I'm almost 59 years old, I use to wear high healed boots, dress shoes ect back when I was in my very early 50's, like 50, 51... Now I have Arthritis in both my knees and Severe Arthritis in my lower back, so I can't wear high heals anymore! I gave them all to my daughter! I bought these and I Love them! For me, the heal height is perfect and the Boots are extremely comfortable! The boots are very fashionable, so I don't miss the heal, neither dies my knees or back! Lol! So if your my age with my problem, these Boots are THE BEST!!!!

I couldn’t believe how comfortable these shoes were. Only one store around me sells humanely manufactured shoes and it’s not very close by. I took the plunge and bought these shoes online since they weren’t too much. I was pleasantly surprised by their look, function, and comfort. I liked these so much that I bought them in other colors. Have not had these boots very long. They are all scuffed and look much older than they are. They are also not nearly as comfortable as you might expect. I reached out to the company who actually has a "My Shoes are defective, can I return them?" tab on their FAQ page. Can't say I've seen that anywhere else before! For the record, their policy is that you can send the boots back to the warehouse for an "inspection," on your own dime of course. (Shipping would be roughly $20 which is on top of already having bought the boots.) Refund is contingent on what the warehouse "inspector" determines, if you get one at all. Needless to say I will not EVER be purchasing this brand again, nor should you if you like your hard earned money.
